RETURN (WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of products purchased in the store www.wyspamody.pl within 14 days of their receipt, on the terms described in the Act of 30/05/2014. on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, No. 827)

In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the product should be sent to the following address:

along with a completed return form and order confirmation.

- Exchange of goods for a different model or size is ALWAYS FREE (instructions on how to make a free exchange can be found in the "free exchange" tab)

- We do not accept parcels sent to us cash on delivery.
- Each returned product should be properly packed and secured.

- The returned goods cannot bear traces of use (powder smell, use smell, perfume smell, discoloration around the armpits)

- The cost of returning the goods is covered by the Buyer.
- Transaction refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the refund.

- Returns sent to an address other than Wyspa Mody Izabela Biełka ul. Wyzwolenia 2a Orzesze 43-180 will not be collected, we are not responsible for the above-mentioned return packages. We do not accept returns of goods purchased in the online store in a stationary store.

- In the case of returning TWISTO, please enter "PAYMENT TWISTO" AND THE DATE OF PURCHASE in the "TRANSFER DATA" field in the return form.
