ORDERS
1. What is the status of my order?
The time of order fulfillment is from 3 to 6 business days, the time needed to deliver the parcel by courier should also be added (1-2 days in Poland). When the parcel is posted, you will receive an e-mail and text message with information about the change of status and a link to track the parcel.
2. When will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped from 3 to 6 business days from the time it is placed. (if the product card description does not include an extended delivery time, or a pre-order)
3. What should I do if I have received a non-compliant order?
When you receive an incompatible order, please send an e-mail with a photo of the product you received to the address: Wyspaamody.kontakt@gmail.com. We will promptly replace it with the correct product / size.
4. How can I benefit from free shipping?
Free delivery is valid for all domestic orders over PLN 299, you can always choose a FREE EXCHANGE for a different product or size.
5. Can I combine orders?
Unfortunately not. We cannot combine several orders into one.
6. Why has my order been canceled?
Orders are automatically canceled by the store's system if the payment for the order is not recorded. If you paid for the order by traditional bank transfer - be sure to inform us by e-mail at Wyspaamody.kontakt@gmail.com about making the payment.
7. How can I cancel my order?
In order to cancel the order, please send such information to the following address: Wyspaamody.kontakt@gmail.com, giving the order number and the Customer's details, or by calling the Customer Service Center at 537941806
Sending a message via Social Media does not guarantee the cancellation of the order.
8. How can I make changes to my order?
If your order has not been processed yet, please contact us by e-mail.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
1. Will this model be available again?
The best solution in such a situation, when a given product is not available, is to sign up on our website www.wyspamody.pl for a product notification. You will receive an email as soon as it is back in stock.
2. I haven't paid. I haven't paid my order yet. Where can I find the payment link or account number?
In the e-mail confirming the order, you will be sent the bank account number with instructions on how to pay for the order, additionally within one hour of placing the order you will receive an e-mail with a link to make the payment.
OTHER FREQUENT QUESTIONS
1. How to choose the right size?
A size chart is available for each product. The dimensions given in the tables are dimensions measured flat, without stretching and may vary +/- 2/3 cm.
2. If the size is wrong?
If the size turns out to be wrong, you can withdraw from the purchase contract up to 14 days from the day you receive your parcel, and you can always use the FREE REPLACEMENT info (

3. How can I return a parcel with a refund?
The choice of carrier for sending the return is free, it can be Poczta Polska or a courier company.
We recommend sending registered mail. Remember to pay for the package, we do not accept cash on delivery packages.
4. Has my refund package already arrived?
If the return has been accepted by us, you will receive an e-mail confirming the return.
5. How long will I wait for my refund?
We process the refund within 14 days. The form of the refund depends on the method of payment or the correctness of the account number on the return form.
6. Who pays for the return costs?
The costs of return are covered by the Buyer.
7. How can I make a complaint?
If you pick up a package with damaged goods, be sure to send us photos of the damage by e-mail - Wyspaamody.kontakt@gmail.com

8. How long does it take to process the complaint?
The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the moment we receive the package. We will inform you about the complaint decision by e-mail.
